Nonviolent ResistanceÓ to be held in Bethlehem, Palestine, December 27-30, 2005.
The conference will bring
together activists and scholars from around the world to discuss the past,
present, and future of nonviolent resistance, while allowing participants
to learn, firsthand, about nonviolent activism in Palestine. Funds raised will subsidize
participation from the Global South.
This is the first in a series of bi-annual international
conferences on nonviolence to be held at a later date in different regions. For more information, please visit our

Busboys and Poets is WashingtonÕs newest gathering place, with a
restaurant, bar, coffee house, and bookstore.
